Every Organisations has a statutory duty to ensure they employ competent Contractors and these are contained within HSE guidlines INDG368 which requires all employers to:

• Select Competent Contractor
• Assess Risks
• Agree Methods of Work
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work
• Consult the workforce.
