CDM Procedures

If your responsibilities include the safety of construction projects, whether that is in the design or the construction stage, We can assess your systems and undertake the necessary CDM Assessments.  This will include the following issues:

  • The latest legislation

  • Identifying hazards

  • Quantifying risks

  • Choosing suitable control measures

  • Producing written risk assessments

What can we do for you?

We can assess and advice your company and act as a CDM Co-ordinator in accordance with Regulation 20 of the CDM Regulations 2007.

This can entail:

  • An assessment of the competency of trade contractors by reviewing their Health and Safety submissions and CHAS registration forms.
  • Discussion, correspondence and notification of proposed building work and projects to the HSE.
  • Produce and maintain all Health and Safety documentation and files
  • Disseminate and co-ordinate relevant information during both pre-construction and during construction.
  • Continually advise and assist with the compliance of CDM Regulations
